Description

What you get to do: The Member Engagement Coordinator will be united with a high-producing, fast-paced, fun-loving team of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch administrative and customer service to enhance ASA’s membership experience. The coordinator brings a splash of stellar customer-service attitude to this team, as well as organizational and match-making talents ensuring existing members are engaged with ASA programming, while facilitating and convening member to member connections. 



Your core work and outcomes will include:

• Using your exceptional customer service skills, you will coordinate a well-rounded, successful and efficient service program for members, including renewals, customer service matters, and ensuring all technical services for members are functioning, deployed and managed;
• Utilizing your communication and people-pleasing skills to curate and promote engagement opportunities for and to build rapport with our members; 
• Your attention to detail will ensure the integrity of the membership database/association management system and data;
• A comfort with multiple software systems serves you well in developing and analyzing regular reports on membership metrics, and in managing subscription and/or membership orders.


You will be successful in this role if you have:

• A self-starting, a love of multi-tasking approach at heart, with a solid customer-service grounded attitude;
• Enjoyment of working on a team with a commitment to driving revenues by enhancing our members’ experience;
• Strong project management skills and detail-oriented experience in multi-faceted task management over varying time periods; 
• A familiarity with trade and or professional member association environments;
• A comfort with Microsoft Office software programs, with a curiosity and courage to plunge into ASA’s membership data and various software programs.

• A people-person by nature who enjoys human interactions and problem-solving;
• A communicator with multiple tools in your tool belt, you recognize people where they are, meet them there and strive to make their experience pleasurable and positive;
• A team player who possesses patience and pleasantry.
